We/I hereby apply for a Trade Credit Account and agree to pay the amount due on or by 21 days Nett monthly of invoice date and being a Partner/Director of the applicant Company, jointly & severally guarantee performance of all the Company’s financial obligations to Stone Masters Ltd T/A Granite House. I have read and understood the terms and conditions of sale overleaf and agree to the same on behalf of the above named credit applicant in respect of any purchase from Stone Masters Ltd T/A Granite House. We will make a search with a Credit Reference Agency, which will keep a record of that search and will share that information with other businesses. In some instances we may also make a search on the personal credit file of principal directors. Should it become necessary to review an account again, a credit reference may be sought and a record kept. We will monitor and record information relating to your trade performance and such records will be available to Credit Reference Agencies who will share that information with other businesses when assessing applications for credit and fraud prevention.
