We went to the showroom to have a look at some new worktops for our existing kitchen cabinets .. and from the start all the staff at Granite house were attentive and super helpful. Arif listened to our requirements and helped guide us in our purchase.
Michal came out to measure up and kept in touch throughout the process, the fitters were 1st class too.
Overall a fantastic service from start to finish, I would highly recommend these guys if you are wanting new worktops.

We are a bespoke kitchen company who use Granite House as they compliment our kitchens perfectly. By working with ourselves and our customers on a personal basis they ensure the customer is 100% satisfied every time.

Great service and extremely helpful. Lots of choice and competitive prices. Prepared cutting templates and packaged the product for a 3rd party collection company to transport to Scotland. The work tops look great and fit perfectly.

Fantastic experience with granite house, can’t fault them in any way. We found them to be cheaper than other competitors but that did not show with quality of product and over all service. Reliable and value for money it hard to find these days. Look no further. Charlie

The marble tops, we bought for our new kitchen were stunning. We chose the Vagli quartz due to it’s high detail and colour. We certainly weren’t disappointed.
When it arrived, Darren and Jack installed it with total professionalism. Both lads were an absolute credit to their company. Thank you lads.
The accuracy of the cuts was incredible, as each stone fitted perfectly to the wall. The final finished job looks beyond our expectations.

We absolutely love the Quartz Azurite Countertops, upstands and the Window sill just finished off the look. Granite House were great to deal with and won’t be beaten on price. This is the best place to go in the uk for all your granite, marble and stone needs. After going personally to over 20 different suppliers (wife is extremely picky!) We finally came to a place which met all our needs.

From the initial visit to the showroom, right through until the installation , all Granite house staff showed professionalism in all aspects of the purchase. My work surfaces were delivered today and I am delighted. I called the showroom several times to discuss my order and was always treated with the utmost respect. When I asked to see the quartz I wanted in situ, they were kind enough to email me photos, so I could really get a feel for what I was getting. Sadly, my order was delayed due to an issue at customs, but these things can’t be helped and I was kept in the loop every step of the way.

The chaps who installed the work surfaces today did a brilliant job. I had two joins as my kitchen is so long, and they patiently waited for the joins to seal and then sanded them down. Unless you really look, you can’t even notice they’re there. They were also kind enough to seal around all of the edges, even though I’m getting tiles next week.

All in all, I’ve had a brilliant experience and look forward to using my lovely new kitchen. They also make chopping boards in the quartz too which make a very stylish addition to the kitchen.

Seems futile adding another 5 star rating to the many already posted but it is the least we can do. The service from walking into the showroom to seeing the installed product has been a pleasant experience. Every member of the staff we have met have been professional, prompt and friendly. The Granite House team seem to have perfected the customer experience and as I was told by a friend, who owns a kitchen company, for his opinion, he stated it should be Granite House every time, he was right. It is a shame this purchase only happens infrequently but if they decide to diversify into something else then they will be our first choice!!

Following a not so great experience with another local granite worktop supplier, I turned to Granite House on. What an experience and an incredible journey from cradle to grave! Great customer service throughout, very knowledgeable team and much to my surprise a great setup they have from showroom to back of house including the workshop. I went for their ORO range which is better than all of the similar range when compared to several of their competitors, with better finish and a more intense graining which was missing from others – a truly professional organisation, and whilst I can commend the whole team, special shout out to the guys I dealt including Arif, Bilal, Humairaa, Alex and not forgetting the installation team – to sum up, they under promised and over delivered!

Fantastic experience from our first ‘don’t really know what we want’ visit to installation today of our beautiful new worktop. No hassle, great communication and clear and honest pricing. Highly recommended.
