Wimbledon Pergola Bar
With Wimbledon being a venue for some of the world’s most anticipated events, all hands are on deck to get the area looking flawless. One area that was in need of refurbishment was the Wimbledon Pergola Bar, an essential part of the summer atmosphere and a popular choice for lunch. The Granite House team were beyond thrilled to get the go-ahead to work on the project alongside the Pergola Bar team. Our client had been awarded the contract to refurbish the area, and needed a contractor that would be a “safe pair of hands” offering reliability and value.
We worked with our client to clarify joint positions the mitred detailing and the best schedule of works that works for all the relevant trades.
Granite House got to work professionally fabricating a range of countertop styles and forms to build the tops required for the business – including a bar area and general countertop surfaces. Once the fabrication stage was at its end, the worktops were then measured digitally and drawings were signed off. Then each top was installed with a high level of care to ensure a perfect finish for the client.
We are extremely proud of the final product, as were the Pergola Bar team, who were beyond impressed with their new and improved counters ready to see years of service.
